In the Wadh area of Khuzdar, armed individuals attacked a police station, took officers hostage and seized government-issued weapons.
According to reports, a large number of armed assailants stormed the police station located on Killi Saleh Muhammad Road in Wadh at around 11:00 PM tonight. They held the police personnel hostage and took away official weapons and other equipment before fleeing the scene. However, no harm was inflicted on the police officers.
It is worth noting that two days ago, fighters of the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) took control of the Ornach area in Khuzdar for several hours, setting fire to police and Levies stations along with their vehicles.
As of now, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack on the Wadh police station.
