According to reports, last night security forces conducted house-to-house searches in Kalat, arresting and forcibly disappearing around 40 individuals. In response, the families of the missing persons blocked the Quetta-Karachi highway and shut down the city of Kalat in protest. The protests continue as the families demand the immediate release of their loved ones.
