Baloch Women Forum Awaran Zone stands in solidarity with the family of Diljan Baloch, a victim of enforced disappearance from Awaran Teertej on June 12th. The rally-turned-protest in Awaran is a beacon of hope for justice and accountability as it challenges the illegal state writ of extrajudicial arrests.
Statements said “Apart from this, there are like apprehensions that state forces may use force to dismember the protest. As they have already stopped the supply of water and food by harassing the protesters and disturbed their basic right to movement and protest. They are also threatening the family of undesired consequences if they do not end the protest.
BWF urged the people of Awaran to join the family, demand the immediate release of Diljan, and put an end to the heinous practice of enforced disappearances. It is high time we stood united against such barbarism. Every voice, every presence, and every effort counts in saving the life of this innocent man, cruelly lost in the dark dungeons of oppression.
Let us rise together, amplifying the cries for justice, and ensuring that Diljan’s story does not become another statistic in the grim tally of disappeared lives. Join the protest, share the message, and demand action from local authorities – together, we can bring Diljan home and shatter the silence surrounding enforced disappearances.
