QUETTA, BALOCHISTAN: The Commission of Inquiry on Enforced Disappearances has registered the cases of two forcibly disappeared men, Haider Kurd and Israrullah and begun legal proceedings, according to the Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP).
VBMP Chairman Nasrullah Baloch said the commission has assigned official case numbers to both cases. He said notices have also been issued to the relevant institutions, directing them to ensure the safe recovery of the two men and provide information about them.
Baloch said VBMP had submitted both cases to the commission and relevant government authorities, after which the commission formally began action on them.
He expressed hope that the commission would play an effective role in recovering all forcibly disappeared persons, including Haider Kurd and Israrullah, and in securing justice for their families.
