QUETTA, BALOCHISTAN: A protest camp against enforced disappearances in Balochistan, run by Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP), continued for a 6,374th day outside the Quetta Press Club.
The camp is led by VBMP Chairman Nasrullah Baloch. On Thursday, the parents of Bebarg Qambrani, who disappeared forcibly, joined the protest and appealed for their son’s recovery.
The family said security forces picked up two of their sons on Dec. 25, 2025. They said Hamal Khan was taken from the Deghari Frontier Corps (FC) checkpoint, while Bebarg Qambrani was taken the same day from Kili Qambrani.
Hamal Khan was later produced from Hudda Jail, the family said, but Bebarg disappeared.
“Bring Bebarg Qambrani into the open as well,” the parents urged senior officials, asking that their family be freed from what they described as anguish and uncertainty.
Nasrullah Baloch demanded the recovery of Bebarg Qambrani and all other disappeared persons. He said anyone facing charges should be presented before a court.
