DALBANDIN, BALOCHISTAN: Bridge Destroyed in Blast, Trade Convoy Attacked Again

Early this morning, unidentified individuals planted explosive material on a key bridge on the Quetta-Taftan trade route at Jojaki in Yak Much, Dalbandin, destroying it in the resulting blast. Additionally, at the same location, a convoy of trade vehicles and its security escort came under armed attack.

According to sources, Pakistani forces sustained casualties in the attack, while trade vehicles were also damaged. However, authorities have not yet provided any details regarding the incident.

Over the past twenty-four hours, Pakistani forces and trade vehicles in Dalbandin have been targeted in five separate attacks. These attacks have resulted in the destruction of both military and trade vehicles, while authorities have confirmed that three personnel, including a police officer, were injured. During the attacks, armed men also took two drivers and a large vehicle with them.

No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
