Spokesperson for the Balochistan Liberation Front Major Gwahram Baloch said in a media statement that “On May 18th, at 10:30 am, the Sarmachars of Balochistan Liberation Front attacked a project under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project, which was constructing a road, and set fire to vehicles and other machinery. The construction of such roads is not for the so-called development of Balochistan but to pave the way for looting the resources of Balochistan.
In Nalent area of Gwadar, Sarmachars attacked the site of a local contractor including Frontier Works Organization (FWO) projects. In the attack, the vehicle, dumper, loader and other machinery were set on fire and destroyed.
We have warned the local contractors several times not to facilitate the occupying state in its imperialist exploitation projects. Despite this warning, to join it is to support the state which is involved in Baloch genocide against Baloch national interests.
Consider these attacks as a warning too and stay away from these state exploit projects to avoid further damage.These attacks will continue until the independence of Balochistan.
