MASTUNG, BALOCHISTAN: In the Dasht area of Mastung, at a location called Kurri Dor, armed men attacked Pakistani forces while they were transporting supplies for their camps. Following the attack, clashes erupted between the two sides and continued for an extended period.
According to sources, the forces suffered casualties during the clashes. Gunship helicopters carried out shelling at various locations during the exchange; however, the forces failed to deliver the supplies to their camps.
No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack. Authorities have also not provided any official details regarding the incident.
