Two killed including a woman in separate incidents in Buleda and Quetta

QUETTA, BALOCHISTAN: Unknown armed assailants opened fire at Minaz Main Chowk in Buleda, Kech district, killing one person and injuring another. The deceased has been identified as Rashid son of Abdul Rasheed, while the injured person is identified as Ismail son of Safar.

According to source, the attackers fled the scene immediately after the shooting. Both victims were shifted to a nearby hospital. The motive behind the attack remains unknown and an investigation is underway.

In a separate incident in Quetta’s Ghazi Abad Balaili area, falling under the jurisdiction of Airport Police Station, a man killed his wife Farzana by striking her on the head with a pickaxe following a domestic dispute.

Police officials said they reached the scene after receiving information and transferred the body of the deceased to Civil Hospital for legal proceedings. The suspect fled after committing the crime. Police are conducting raids at multiple locations to arrest him. The case has been handed over to the Serious Crime Investigation Wing for further investigation.
