According to the statement, on March 26, 2026, BLF fighters set fire to and destroyed the machinery of a mobile tower in the Bhawani area of Hub Chowki, saying that the installation was being used for digital surveillance.
In a separate incident on March 22, the group claimed that its fighters targeted a Frontier Corps (FC) check-post with rockets in the Charpanok area of Kekin, Shahrak, Kech. The statement said that the attack caused casualties and material losses and that the machinery of a nearby Ufone tower was also burned.
The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) reiterated its claim of responsibility for both the destruction of mobile towers and the attack on the FC check-post.
