Three Pakistan Military Bomb Disposal Personnel Killed in RCIED Blast in Kalat

KALAT: At least three personnel of Pakistan military’s bomb disposal unit were killed in a remote-controlled improvised explosive device (RCIED) explosion in Mangocher area of Kalat, Balochistan, according to initial reports.

Sources indicate that the blast targeted a bomb disposal team during an operation in the area .Following the explosion, an armored reinforcement unit advancing to the site also reportedly came under attack, suggesting a coordinated assault.

Further details regarding casualties and the nature of the operation are yet to be officially confirmed. Security forces have reportedly cordoned off the area, and investigations are underway.
