Kech: In the Gomazi area of Tump Tehsil in Balochistan’s Kech district, the body of a young groom, Imran son of Nadel Qomi who was abducted two days ago has been recovered today from the Gomazi Cross area.
According to local sources, Imran was taken from his home two days earlier by State-Backed Death Squad travelling in a Surf vehicle, accompanied by Pakistani security personnel. At the time of the abduction, he was preparing for his wedding, which was scheduled for the following day.
Family members and local residents claim that Imran was killed after being subjected to severe torture.
It is worth noting that in Balochistan, several young men have previously been found dead under similar circumstances, with local communities and human rights groups alleging enforced disappearances and torture. These incidents have continued to raise concern among rights organizations and residents, though such cases are still being reported.
