Baloch Freedom Leader and Head of Balochistan Liberation Front, Dr. Allah Nazar Baloch, Issues Video Message to the International Community

The media wing of the Balochistan Liberation Front, Ashob, has released a 30-minute video message of Baloch national leader and BLF chief, Dr. Allah Nazar Baloch. In the video, Dr. Allah Nazar states, “I am speaking in Urdu so that ordinary people and Punjabi intellectuals can fully understand what a struggle for freedom is and what colonialism or imperialism truly means. The Baloch nation is fighting to reclaim its lost or forcibly taken freedom by invoking all international principles. If there is no hypocrisy, then my message is particularly directed at Punjabi and Baloch fifth columnists or so-called intellectuals.”

The growing international recognition and acceptance of the Baloch freedom struggle has deeply unsettled Pakistan’s establishment. When a state is rooted in fascism, chauvinism, and oppression like Pakistan—it becomes anxious when the world begins to see its true face.

Pakistan is not only a chauvinistic state dominated by Punjabi supremacy, but it also embodies every negative political term imaginable. “Rogue state,” “deep state,” and “hybrid regime” all of these labels fit Pakistan. Its military functions as a proxy force serving narrow, self-serving goals rather than public interests. To counter this growing awareness, Pakistan’s establishment uses its agents to create false narratives. Among them are former caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, known for pursuing personal gains like salary increases, and current Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, who represents not the people, but the military headquarters in Rawalpindi (GHQ).

Sarfraz Bugti, I only have this to say to you: the grave of Ghulam Hussain Masoori Bugti is cursing you he was a Bugti who sacrificed for his homeland, and you have betrayed that very homeland. You have become a follower of the fascist ideology that is the legacy of British imperialists like General Gracy. You have trampled on the sacrifices of Ghulam Hussain Masoori Bugti.

I won’t dwell too much on this, but history tells us that every fascist state, when internally weakened, resorts to brutal tactics to crush freedom movements. Today, Baloch freedom fighters, social activists, and innocent youth are imprisoned simply because they speak of their identity and right to freedom.

This state constantly invents enemies for itself because it is hollow from within morally bankrupt. That is why it engages in uncivilized behavior, attempting to defame an entire nation by labeling them “Baloch chauvinists” or “Baloch extremists”, But the truth is this that the Baloch are neither chauvinist nor extremist. We are humanists, lovers of freedom, and are engaged in a legitimate struggle for our right to self-determination.

The recent global recognition of the Baloch narrative has made the Pakistani establishment uneasy, prompting it to craft a new false narrative suggesting that the Baloch are targeting Punjabis. The reality, however, is that 700,000 troops and if retired personnel are included, around 2 to 2.5 million individuals are occupying Baloch resources and using them to crush our people.

The average Punjabi soldier is not the son of a feudal lord or capitalist; he is also an ordinary man, but one who has become a tool of a system that spares neither him nor us.

Unfortunately, even the educated Punjabi fails to realize that the Baloch are oppressed, subjugated. It is we who are under occupation. The least they could do is not side with the rogue army of this rogue state.

Let me be clear: We do not support the hateful narrative that advocates violence against Punjabis or civilians. In fact, we oppose it, because history shows us the real face of this state. Liaquat Ali Khan created Pakistan he was killed. Bhutto gave it a so-called constitution and nuclear power he was executed. Benazir was assassinated by the very people of the state. Liaquat Ali Khan’s killers are still enjoying privileges; their descendants have been rewarded, some even sent abroad.

Now, as the Baloch freedom movement faces large-scale military escalation, the Pakistani army, already psychologically defeated, is trying to construct a new deceptive narrative.

“Let me make it clear that Baloch are not only being killed in Iran and Afghanistan.” As a former Pakistani military dictator himself said: “Take proactive action wherever Baloch are in the world, they should be eliminated.” For example, Baloch leader Karima Baloch was killed in Canada, and Baloch intellectual Sajid Hussain was murdered in Sweden.
Even their own Punjabi, Goraya, was targeted agents were sent from Britain to assassinate him. This is one of the clearest examples for the world to see, and Pakistan was involved in the incident in London as well.

Wherever Baloch refugees are in the world, we appeal to the United Nations and to all concerned countries the European Union, the United States, Canada, the Arab countries, and our neighboring states that it is your moral and human obligation to protect the Baloch people.
The information we have indicates that threats are being made to our refugees and diaspora members regardless of the organizations they may be associated with but as a nation, it is our duty to appeal to the world to restrain this rogue ISI and to declare it a terrorist organization, so the world may be saved from this cancerous menace.

The UK, European Union, US and Afghanistan is saying it. So, a ban should be imposed. Yet with great shamelessness, Pakistan’s defense minister says: “For the past thirty years, we’ve been fighting a proxy war.”
This is a mercenary army. General Asim Munir says Pakistan was built on the foundation of the kalma (Islamic declaration of faith). But his predecessor, General Zia-ul-Haq, massacred 10,000 Palestinians in just two days in Jordan.
Even Israel says: “We haven’t killed that many since 1948.”
When Zia was a brigadier, the Pakistan Army slaughtered Palestinian refugees in Jordan in just two days.
And this is the same army that claims to be founded on Islamic principles.

They claim to be supporters of Al-Quds (Jerusalem), yet they have killed more residents of Jerusalem than Israel itself has in that time span. This is their true face their so-called “Islamic brotherhood.”
If they were sincere, Mahmoud Abbas would have visited Pakistan first, not India. But these are their deeds deceit cloaked in religion.

“I am clear about the Baloch, and equally clear about the oppressed Sindhis.”
These people consider Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) and Afghanistan as their so-called “fifth province,” but neither did Afghanistan ever recognize Pakistan, nor did it accept the Durand Line.
So, in retaliation, Pakistan targeted innocent civilians in Afghanistan killing people in Jalalabad, Kandahar, Helmand, and many other places through bombings and attacks along the border, victimizing helpless Afghans.

To our Afghan brothers who say they are our uncles or elder relatives your relations are honored and respected. However, we must say this to the Pashtun leaders of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, When the Afghan army joins hands with Punjabi rulers to launch attacks, it hurts us deeply.
If you truly consider yourselves our brothers and neighbors, then we believe you should also feel this pain. It saddens us that you have failed to properly inform your people perhaps “failed” is a strong word, but it reflects the truth. You must educate your people that we are an oppressed people, and they should not be made a part of this unjust conflict.

Just as we opposed the involvement of some Baloch during the Dhofar Rebellion in Oman—when they claimed to be local Baloch fighting there—we said, as a nation, that a Baloch is a Baloch wherever they may be, bound by blood and lineage, and should not become part of foreign disputes.

When all else failed, Pakistan activated the ISI in Afghanistan. It is killing its own people there as well as Afghans. There was also an incident in Mehrestan, Iran when Dr. Hamid was arrested, we had complete records showing how the ISI was orchestrating a deceptive game, killing its own agents and blaming the Baloch.

The goal is to kill innocent people—including their own and then falsely accuse the Baloch.
This follows a historical pattern. If you study 5,000 years of history of authoritarian, fascist, and rogue states, you’ll see the same tactic: kill your own people, discredit those fighting for their national freedom and rights both nationally and internationally.
No one even knows how many people they’ve killed in Mehrestan, Magas this is one of their greatest conspiracies.
Therefore, we appeal to the United Nations and to our neighboring countries
Iran, Afghanistan, and also India to take moral and humanitarian responsibility by intervening against this fascist state and exposing its crimes to the world.

The Afghan representative himself stated that Pakistan is developing ISIS, and even the United States has confirmed this. We call on Iran as well: protect the Baloch people and bring to light the reality of this rogue state. We have evidence, brigadiers and colonels we captured themselves confessed that they were assigned specific tasks to sabotage the Baloch freedom narrative and portray it falsely on the world stage.Punjab claims that India, Iran, and Afghanistan support the Baloch cause.
We wish they actually did. Iran, Afghanistan, and India are our neighbors it is your moral duty to help us.

We turn to the Middle East, the European Union, the United States, and all civilized nations of the world:
Please recognize and expose this rogue state’s narrative-building campaign, like the one Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar pushed, falsely saying that in Balochistan, Punjabis are considered “halal like rabbits or tortoises.” No. That is a lie. Who killed people in Nishtar Hospital, Multan?
Why are our people disappearing from Punjab and Rawalpindi? Why are our social activists being murdered?

You, the neighboring countries, your roles are known to the world, congratulations for that.
But meanwhile, the Pakistani state is killing its own citizens whether in Mehrestan (Iran), in Afghanistan, or in Pakistani-occupied Kashmir. We do not expect much from our “fifth column” (intellectual traitors) or Punjabi intellectuals. But at the very least, you should feel a conscious guilt, because the Baloch have endured three decades of struggle, and we have never targeted innocent Punjabis.

We are the oppressed. We are the ones being killed. We have proof, we have captured military officers in Balochistan. These are clear evidences that the state itself kills its own people and then blames the Baloch for it. But our history, traditions, moral values, and centuries-old national freedom movement do not allow us to harm innocent laborers. Yes, in certain cases—like in Pasni some of our friends targeted a person they thought was a laborer, but it was later revealed he was an MI (Military Intelligence) officer, and the state even sent aircrafts to extract him.

In Duki, the few laborers targeted were not just workers either and the state never even came to retrieve them. And finally, to Punjabi intellectuals and the general Punjabi population, we say this:
Do not expect love from us.What your sons are doing, they do so with your approval.
Your other sons are studying with the salaries earned by those who are killing us.

Therefore, we hold the international community accountable and expect international institutions to take action against Pakistan’s criminal behavior, especially in regions where Baloch refugees reside. As is widely known, ISI is a rogue and criminal organization. We urge the United Nations to place a ban on ISI, and we condemn, in the strongest terms, the killings carried out by ISI—whether in Afghanistan, Mehrestan (Iran), or within Balochistan itself.

Our condemnation is not driven by emotion, but by our moral values and the violation of international laws. If Pakistan is a signatory to the Geneva Conventions, then under international law, we too are entitled to use all legitimate means of struggle. If armed resistance is deemed valid in the case of Kashmir, then it must also be recognized for Balochistan.

To my fellow Baloch freedom fighters, to every oppressed Baloch, especially the youth, I say this:
Every new generation is stronger, more aware, and more educated than the last. Yes, pursue your education but also actively take part in the freedom struggle. Pick up arms if needed.
This state is illegitimate. Even Mufti Mahmood, the father of Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman, opposed it.
The greatest thinkers of the subcontinent Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, Maududi, and in Balochistan, scholars like Maulana Arz Muhammad and Saleh Muhammad have all declared it illegitimate.
I myself bear witness that Maulana Abdul Haq of Jamaat-e-Islami once said, “Fight with this state.”

Wherever ISI kills innocents be it in Iran’s Mehrestan, in Afghanistan, or within Balochistan we strongly condemn it. We have said it repeatedly, Punjab begs the world to support it while turning Balochistan into a slaughterhouse. We appeal to the entire world to stand with the Baloch people.

Most importantly, I make an urgent and heartfelt appeal to our neighboring countries:

  • India: Help us. Even when you’re not helping, you are being falsely accused so why not help for real?
  • Afghanistan: You have failed to defend our refugees. We ask that you take responsibility under international law.
  • Iran: Respect the international protections granted to refugees. Safeguard Baloch refugees, and go a step further actively support our just cause.

We also say this to those who falsely accuse India, Iran, and Afghanistan of supporting Balochistan’s freedom, If you were actually helping us, General Asim Munir would not need to be at the Line of Control. He would have to be in Panjgur, Turbat, or Dalbandin instead.

Once again, I call upon our youth, our oppressed nation, and even Punjabi intellectuals, and to our Afghan brothers:
Rise. Now is the time to fight.

To our Sindhi brothers, I say, break free from the clutches of your feudal lords.
To the Baloch, I say: In Balochistan, there are only two classes the oppressor and the oppressed.
Whether it’s a feudal lord, a tribal chief, or a shepherd loyal to the state if he sides with the state, he is an oppressor.

And remember: enemies don’t last forever. Look at Bangladesh. Those who once committed genocide now face history’s judgment.
When General Dyer committed the Jallianwala Bagh massacre, the British Prime Minister had to come and apologize decades later. Look at the current situation go see for yourself.
I want to make one thing absolutely clear: If India truly has the courage, then hand over those 93,000 rifles that were seized when Pakistan surrendered in 1971.
Give us just ten bullets with each rifle, and then let the world see how Pakistan dares to fight.

We don’t need nuclear weapons.
We don’t need missiles.
Just give us those rifles—and watch what the Baloch nation is capable of.

All the rumors, all the propaganda what the world today calls “black propaganda” are inventions of this rogue state, Pakistan.
But the world has changed.
There’s social media, the internet and the world now knows the truth about Pakistan’s brutality.

Once again, I appeal to the Baloch people:
Take part in the national freedom struggle.
Distance yourselves from those who oppose this just cause.

Balochistan Zindabad
Balochistan Paindabad
Long Live Baloch National Sovereignty
