The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for three bomb attacks that targeted the DIG office near Sheikh Mosque in Kharan city on March 29.
He said that these attacks were carried out in retaliation against DIG (Rakhshan) Wazir Khan Nasir, a puppet officer of Pakistani intelligence agencies. Wazir Khan Nasir is accused of actively attempting to turn Baloch employees and officials in local departments against the national movement and freedom struggle.
A few days ago, a secret police meeting was held under his leadership, where he ordered police and Levies to shoot on sight any Baloch youth found to be associated with pro-freedom organizations.
Azad Baloch, spokesperson of the Baloch Liberation Army, warned that Wazir Khan Nasir is now a target, and if he continues his loyalty to the Pakistani regime, he will face intensified attacks in the future.
