QUETTA, BALOCHISTAN: The protest camp set up by the Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP) in front of the Quetta Press Club against enforced disappearances in Balochistan continued for the 6,381st day on Tuesday, with the family of forcibly disappeared Qadir Bakhsh taking part.

The family said Qadir Bakhsh was taken into custody by security forces on September 6 from RCD Road, near BC Camp in Khuzdar and moved to an unknown location.

They said that despite repeated contact with the relevant administration, no information about him has been provided, leaving the family in severe distress. They appealed for his safe recovery.

VBMP Chairman Nasrullah Baloch urged senior authorities to recover all forcibly disappeared persons, including Qadir Bakhsh. He said that if any person faces allegations, he should be produced before a court and dealt with according to the law.
