BLA Claims Killing of Two Security Personnel in Attack on Kalat Checkpost

KALAT, BALOCHISTAN: The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for an attack on a Pakistani security forces checkpoint in the Mangochar area of Kalat, stating that two personnel were killed and one wounded in the operation.

According to a statement issued by BLA spokesperson Azad Baloch on May 15, 2026, the attack took place on the morning of May 12 at approximately 10:00 AM. The group further claimed that surveillance cameras installed at the camp were destroyed by gunfire during the operation.

“Such attacks on Pakistani occupying forces will continue,” the statement read.
