Kech: Armed militants launched an attack on a convoy of Pakistani security forces in the Pedarak area of Kech district on Tuesday morning.
According to local sources, the incident occurred around 10 a.m. when a convoy of five military vehicles was passing through the area. The attackers ambushed the convoy and opened heavy gunfire, with intense firing reportedly continuing for some time.
Unconfirmed reports suggest that the forces suffered significant human and material losses in the assault. However, no official confirmation has been issued so far.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
