BLF Claims Killing of Four Pakistani Soldiers in Washuk Attack

The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed responsibility for an attack on Pakistani forces in Washuk district, saying four Frontier Corps personnel were killed.

In a statement to the media, BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch said that on September 10, BLF fighters carried out two close-range attacks on Frontier Corps troops assigned to secure a military convoy along the CPEC road in Patak, Washuk. The attacks killed four FC personnel on the spot.

The spokesperson added that shortly after the assault, the Pakistani military called in aerial support, with helicopters arriving at the scene. However, the BLF fighters managed to withdraw safely to their bases after the operation.

The statement reaffirmed that the BLF accepts full responsibility for the attack and vowed that such operations against Pakistani forces will continue until the “freedom of Balochistan” is achieved.
