BNM and UNPO Agree to Strengthen Collaboration on Balochistan

The Baloch National Movement (BNM) and the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization (UNPO) have agreed to enhance cooperation on issues related to Balochistan following an online meeting between their representatives.

The BNM delegation was led by Chairman Dr. Naseem Baloch, alongside Foreign Secretary Faheem Baloch and Foreign Department Coordinator Niaz Baloch.

During the meeting, both sides stressed the importance of closer collaboration. The BNM pledged its support to UNPO in documenting cases and contributing to research on Balochistan. Delegates also highlighted the sacrifices of the Baloch people and the BNM in their struggle for freedom and human rights.

The BNM further noted that Balochistan has received limited attention within UNPO’s platforms. In response, UNPO reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the Baloch cause and expressed readiness to expand cooperation with the BNM to draw attention to what it described as grave human rights violations and injustices in the region.
