
A series of enforced disappearances and partial releases have been reported across different regions of Balochistan, as Pakistani security forces allegedly detained several individuals, some of whom remain missing.
In Dera Bugti, two men were taken into custody and subsequently disappeared. Sources identified one of the individuals as Meshoon Khan, son of Mitha Khan Bugti, who was detained from Dera Bugti city. Another man, Paneeri Bugti, son of Marzoo Bugti, a resident of the Sui tehsil and reportedly a poor laborer from Pat Feeder, was also allegedly picked up by Pakistani security forces on June 27. Both men have not been seen since their detention, and no official statement has been issued regarding their whereabouts.
Meanwhile, in Kech, Gorkop area, three individuals, Sudeer, son of Sabzal, Nadeem, son of Rasheed and Hussain, son of Puli, were reportedly detained by Pakistani forces on July 12 and transferred to an undisclosed location. Families claim no information has been provided about their condition or location.
Separately, in the Tump area of Kech, a raid was conducted in Mirabad on July 16, during which several individuals were detained. While some were released shortly afterward, five men were held in custody. Of these, three Ayub, son of Wahid Bakhsh, Syed, son of Dad Mohammad and Abdi, son of Asadullah have since been released. However, two others, Fazil Fida and Ziaullah, son of Asadullah, remain missing.
