BLA Claims Responsibility for Killing Alleged Informant in Manguchar

Quetta: The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for the killing of an alleged informant in the Malangzai area of Manguchar on June 27.

In a statement issued to the media, BLA spokesperson Azad Baloch stated that the group’s fighters opened fire on Ali, son of Muhammad Azam, resulting in his death. According to the statement, the victim was allegedly working as an operative for the Pakistani military and intelligence agencies.

The spokesperson claimed that Ali had long been involved in activities on behalf of “occupying forces” in the Kalat region and adjoining areas. He was accused of acting as an informant among the local population and directly participating in multiple military operations.

The BLA further warned that all individuals associated with Ali’s network in Kalat and surrounding regions are now under their surveillance and remain potential targets.
