12 Occupying Pakistani Soldiers Killed in Noshki, Kalat, Mastung, and Quetta Attacks. BLA

The spokesperson for the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), Jeeyand Baloch, stated that BLA fighters carried out four separate attacks in Noshki, Kalat, Mastung, and Quetta, killing 12 occupying Pakistani soldiers and one informant. The attacks involved IEDs and direct armed assaults.

He said that yesterday, BLA fighters targeted a Pakistani military vehicle with a remote-controlled IED near the main RCD highway in the “Do Sei” area of Noshki. The vehicle was completely destroyed, and all nine soldiers inside were killed on the spot.

Today, BLA fighters attacked a Pakistani military post located inside a college in the Manguchar area of Kalat. The attack occurred when soldiers had gathered within the premises. The fighters used automatic weapons and grenade launchers, resulting in the deaths of three soldiers and injuries to at least four more.

The spokesperson further stated that last night, BLA fighters carried out a grenade attack on a Pakistani army checkpoint at CCM Cross in Mastung, injuring three soldiers. He noted that this checkpoint had long been used to harass civilians under the pretense of security checks, including the mistreatment of women and elders.

On June 3rd, in another operation, BLA fighters killed Gulzar, son of Naseer Dehwar, a key informant of the Pakistani military, in an armed attack near Tariq Hospital on Sariab Road in Quetta. Gulzar, a resident of Kharani Road, was involved in spying for the military and played a direct role in the enforced disappearances of Baloch youth by luring and recruiting informants through deception and bribery.

The statement also recalled that in November 2023, BLA had apprehended another informant, Maqbool Sumalani, who was once a BLA member but had secretly surrendered to the Pakistani army and betrayed the movement. He had assisted the military in targeting BLA fighters with a drone strike, though the fighters remained unharmed. He was later trapped and detained by BLA once more.

During interrogation, Maqbool confessed that his contact was Gulzar Naseer from Quetta, who had introduced him to Pakistani military intelligence agents and helped plan the drone strike.

Due to these actions, Gulzar Naseer Dehwar was on BLA’s hit list, and was recently killed by BLA fighters, bringing him to what they described as his “logical end.”

The BLA has claimed responsibility for all the aforementioned operations.
