Quetta: The case concerning Ustad Wahid Kamber was heard yesterday before a double bench of the Honourable Balochistan High Court, comprising Justice Rozi Khan Barech and Justice Shaukat Ali Rakhshani.
The petitioner’s counsel appeared in court along with the Assistant Attorney General and the Attorney General, who were representing the Federal Government. During the proceedings, the Attorney General requested additional time to submit the government’s report.
The bench expressed its dissatisfaction over the delay, with the judges issuing a stern warning to the Attorney General. The court granted a final opportunity to submit the report and cautioned against any further use of delaying tactics.
The next hearing date will be crucial as the court expects the Federal Government to comply without excuses.
