Balochistan – The Human Rights Department of the Baloch National Movement (BNM), PAANK, has strongly condemned a violent assault on the residence of Jangiyan Baloch in Balicha, allegedly carried out by death squads backed by the Pakistani military.
In a statement posted on social media platform X, PAANK denounced the use of rocket launchers in an attack on a civilian home, calling it a blatant violation of international human rights laws and humanitarian principles. The organization reported that three people, including two women, were seriously injured in the assault.
“This brutal act represents yet another grim example of collective punishment and the ongoing state-sponsored violence against the Baloch population,” the statement read.
PAANK urged the international community to take immediate notice of the incident and hold those responsible accountable. “Ending impunity for such crimes is essential,” the organization emphasized.
