Mastung: Library and Book Stall Organized at Ongoing Sit-in by BSO.

The Baloch Students Organization (BSO) Mastung Zone set up a two-day library and book stall under the “Ilm Ina Chiragh” (The Lamp of Knowledge) Book Caravan at the protest site organized by the Balochistan National Party in Daman Chiltan, Lakpass, Mastung.

Books on politics, history, philosophy, and fiction were made available at the stall for a discounted price of just 100 rupees.

According to a statement issued by the BSO, a large number of protest participants and knowledge-loving citizens visited the stall on the first day, purchased books of their choice, and read in the temporary library, enriching their knowledge and awareness. The BSO’s educational effort was widely appreciated, and the organization’s members received heartfelt praise for their initiative. Through “Ilm Ina Chiragh,” the BSO aims to enlighten Baloch society with knowledge and awareness, and continues to organize book stalls across various parts of Balochistan.

They added that tomorrow is the final day of the temporary library and book stall, and they hope that, like today, a large number of protestors and locals will visit, purchase books, and engage in reading.

It is worth mentioning that a Balochi and Brahui musical evening was also held at the protest site the previous day, where renowned artist Ustad Abdul Khaliq Farhad and Professor Nosheen Qambrani entertained the audience with their artistic performances.
