Gwadar: Blast Targets Pakistani Forces, Civilian Injured in Subsequent Firing

A powerful blast targeted Pakistani forces in the Kaldan market area of Jemri, Gwadar. Following the explosion, the forces reportedly opened indiscriminate fire, injuring a civilian passerby.

According to sources, unidentified assailants used an improvised explosive device (IED) planted on the roadside near Kaldan to target the forces, resulting in casualties and material losses. In response to the blast, the Pakistani forces opened fire in various directions, hitting a civilian.

The injured individual has been identified as Malik Muhammad, son of Shah Malik. He was immediately shifted to a hospital in Gwadar, where his condition is reported to be critical.

As of now, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
