QUETTA, BALOCHISTAN: Five individuals have been forcibly disappeared by Pakistani forces from various areas of Balochistan, while four persons have since been released and returned to their homes.
According to details, 16-year-old student Abrar Baloch, son of Qadir Baloch, was forcibly disappeared from Mastung after being taken into custody by CTD and ISI personnel units of the Pakistani forces at around 1 a.m. on August 17, 2026.
From the Shadikor area of Pasni, two individuals 38-year-old farmer Rasheed Baloch, son of Qadir Bakhsh and 36-year-old farmer Lal Baloch, son of Musa were forcibly disappeared after Pakistani FC forces took them into custody from their homes between 1 and 2 p.m. on August 30.
Shopkeeper Altaf Baloch, son of Khan Muhammad, was forcibly disappeared from his shop in the Mangochar area of Kalat after being taken into custody by Pakistani FC forces at 11 a.m. on September 3, 2026.
Similarly, 27-year-old taxi driver Baba Jan, son of Muhammad Jan, was forcibly disappeared from Kili Qambrani in Quetta after being taken into custody by Pakistani CTD and MI forces at 1 p.m. on February 10, 2026.
On the other hand, four persons have been released. Jameel, son of Iqbal, forcibly disappeared from the Dasht area of Kech on September 8, was released in Turbat on September 13.
Hafiz Jameel Ahmed, son of Chhata Khan, forcibly disappeared from Manojan Road in Quetta on September 9, was released in Quetta on September 12.
Two doctors, Jamsheer Baloch, son of Gangozar Baloch and Maher Mazar, son of Mazar Baloch, forcibly disappeared from the Apas area of Turbat in Kech on September 8, were also released in Turbat on September 13.
