KALAT: An attack targeting Pakistani security forces was reported in the Manguchar area of Kalat late last night.
According to source, Unidentified armed men carried out the attack, resulting in casualties among the Pakistani forces. However, no official confirmation has been issued regarding the number of those killed or injured.
Following the attack, a heavy contingent of Pakistani forces reportedly launched a response operation in the area. During the advance, an armored vehicle belonging to the forces was also targeted by armed men using rockets, causing damage to the vehicle.
Details regarding the condition of personnel inside the vehicle remain unclear and no group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
