QUETTA, BALOCHISTAN: Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) Claims 52 Pakistani Soldiers Killed in 28 Operations, Checkpoints Seized and Weapons Captured
Jeeyand Baloch, spokesperson of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), said in a statement to the media that in 28 operations, 52 Pakistani army personnel were killed, checkpoints were taken control of and weapons were seized. The spokesperson stated that Baloch Liberation Army fighters killed 52 Pakistani occupying soldiers in 28 different operations from September 1 to September 7. These operations were carried out in Pasni, Kharan, Kalat, Turbat, Mastung, Surab, Tump, Pishin, Jhal Magsi, Noshki, Chagai and Quetta.
During these operations, in addition to gaining control over checkpoints and vehicles of the occupying forces, a large quantity of weapons and other war equipment were seized. In clashes at various locations with the occupying army, 12 BLA fighters attained martyrdom. September 1: In Pasni area of Gwadar, BLA fighters simultaneously attacked the joint police and levies post as well as customs and coastal police checkpoints at Zero Point and gained complete control. After seizing weapons and other war materials from the posts, the fighters set the posts on fire, destroying them.
During this, fighters established checkpoints at various locations and continued snap checking, while the advancing Pakistani occupying army’s attempt in coastal police vehicles was thwarted by effective attacks, forcing them to retreat.On the same day, in Albat area of Kharan, fighters ambushed a convoy of the occupying Pakistani army, causing heavy losses to the enemy.
Furthermore, in the Girari area of Kalat, fighters targeted the occupying forces on the main Quetta to Karachi highway while they were transferring armoured vehicles for themselves. The occupying army suffered casualties and three armored vehicles were severely damaged in this attack.In the Dasht area of Kech (Turbat), during clashes with the occupying Pakistani army, two BLA fighters Sangat Yunus Sabzal aka Malgzar and Sangat Doda aka Sarbaz attained martyrdom.September 2.
In Khadkocha area of Mastung, at the site called ‘Guru’, fighters destroyed an armored vehicle of the occupying Pakistani army with an IED explosion and ambushed the convoy. In this prolonged clash, 4 soldiers of the occupying army were killed and more than 7 wounded. Meanwhile, in the Tok area of Kalat, fighters attacked an occupying army convoy, inflicting heavy casualties and financial losses on the enemy. September 3 In Hajika area of Surab, the BLA’s Special Tactical Operations Squad (STOS) targeted an occupying Pakistani army convoy with a remote-controlled explosion using a vehicle loaded with explosives. One vehicle of the occupying army was completely destroyed and 7 soldiers were killed on the spot.On the same day, in Malant area of Tump, fighters caused damage to the occupying army’s camp by firing several rounds from a grenade launcher.
Additionally, in Tump city, fighters targeted the occupying army’s camp with grenade launcher rounds and in Khadkocha area of Mastung, they ambushed an occupying army convoy causing severe casualties and financial losses. Moreover, in Pishin at Ziarat Cross, the BLA’s vanguard unit ‘Fatah Squad’ targeted an occupying Pakistani army convoy in a deadly and successful attack. Four vehicles of the Qila Saifullah Scouts and Frontier Corps (FC) 134 Wing were hit, including one military truck and another vehicle which were destroyed. Fighters killed 18 soldiers of the occupying forces and seized all their weapons and war materials, while 5 wounded soldiers fled the scene. The deceased included Naik Ismail, Sepoy Bilal, Sepoy Abdul Rahman, Sepoy Fakhruddin, Sepoy Kankhab, Sepoy Irfan, Sepoy Akbar, Sepoy Ata Muhammad, Sepoy Rizwan, Sepoy Muhammad Tufail, Naik Muhammad Ayub, Sepoy Ulias Khan, Sepoy Wajid Ali, Sepoy Muhammad Ashfaq, Havaldar Lutf-ur-Rahman, and Naik Zainullah.
Another group of fighters took control of an exploitative company’s site near Khani Baba, adjacent to Ziarat Cross, destroying 14 heavy machinery vehicles present there. The fighters released the detained company workers later, in accordance with organizational policy.September 4: In Khadkocha area of Mastung, fighters killed two commandos of the occupying army while they were trying to advance in the area. September 5: In Mehlbi area of Kalat, a BLA sniper targeted an occupying army soldier gathered on the Quetta to Kalat main highway. On the same night, in Dasht area of Mastung, fighters inflicted heavy damage on the occupying army in intense clashes. September 6: In Kotro area of Jhal Magsi, fighters destroyed a rest house used by the occupying army by detonating explosives. On the same day, fighters attacked the airport site adjacent to Qila Abdullah at Ghaza Band, used by the occupying Pakistani army, setting fire to computers, other equipment, and the building, completely destroying it.
In Kili Nokjo area of Noshki, fighters raided the hideout of an important agent of the occupying Pakistani army and so-called ‘Baap’ party member Abdul Rahman Langov and killed him. The person had long been leading an armed death squad under the protection of the occupying army and assisted in recruiting informants and conducting raids on civilians’ homes. Operative Abdul Rahman Langov organized so-called rallies and celebrations at the behest of the occupying army, in return for which the occupying forces had allowed his group to openly engage in extortion, robbery, and drug trafficking in the area. September 7.
In Hazarganji area of Quetta, fighters shot and killed Military Intelligence (MI) agent Rahmat Saeed son of Saeed Muhammad (resident of Karak). This agent was continuously monitored by BLA’s intelligence wing ‘Zirab’. Operative Rahmat not only provided intelligence to the occupying army but also participated in regional aggression alongside the enemy. On the same day, in Albat area of Kharan, fighters killed a soldier of the occupying army in a sniper attack on the main camp and inflicted further casualties and financial losses on the enemy by firing mortar shells at the camp.
Furthermore, in Girari and Mehlbi areas of Kalat, fighters targeted Saindak exploitative project vehicles and occupying army convoys on the Quetta to Karachi highway, inflicting severe damage. Earlier, last month in Khadkocha area of Mastung, fighters arrested an occupying army operative Shakeel Ahmed Katbar (resident of Tapal) while he was engaged in extortion with his associates.
During interrogation, Shakeel confessed to being an agent of Military Intelligence (MI) and an active member of the so-called ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ organization. He admitted to being involved in recruiting informants for the occupying army. Shakeel disclosed names and details of other associates during interrogation. Under the verdict of the Baloch national court for treason, Shakeel Katbar was sentenced to death.
The spokesperson further said that in intense clashes with the occupying Pakistani army on August 31 in Nokchah area of Chagai, 16 enemy soldiers including a senior officer were killed and many others injured. These clashes lasted over four hours, during which 10 BLA fighters Sangat Zaheer Mengal aka Zakir, Sangat Ijaz Ahmed Mengal aka Hayat, Sangat Ali Nawaz Mengal aka Faraz, Sangat Muhammad Shakir Shabwani aka Ismatullah, Sangat Noor Ahmed Notezai aka Shadin, Sangat Mir Ali Musa Zai aka Fayyaz, Sangat Aziz Ahmed Mandai aka Tanveer, Sangat Nasir Ahmed Muhammad Hassni aka Salal, Sangat Lal Muhammad Hasni aka Adnan and Sangat Yasir aka Sabzo attained martyrdom.

The sacred blood and unparalleled sacrifice of these brave sons are the shining chapter of the Baloch national struggle and the fundamental source of the fighters’ resolve and determination. The BLA, honoring the aspirations of its martyrs, reiterates its resolve that the policy of ‘economic blockade’ against the occupying army and its neo-colonial exploitative projects is being implemented with full strictness and all main highways will continue to be under this economic blockade. The fighters’ operations for the defense of Baloch land and protection of national resources will continue with full force on all fronts until the establishment of a free and sovereign Balochistan.
