Chagai: Suicide Attack on Pakistani Forces’ Camp

QUETTA: In the Nokundi area of Chagai, residents report hearing heavy explosions and gunfire for over an hour, with both sides engaged in intense clashes, according to local sources.

Pakistani authorities have confirmed that armed men attacked the Frontier Corps (FC) headquarters in Nokundi following an SVBIED (suicide vehicle-borne improvised explosive device) strike at the main entrance. Local reports indicate that two helicopters have been dispatched from Quetta to the scene.

The clashes are ongoing, and authorities have not yet provided official details regarding casualties or the extent of the damage. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
