The spokesperson of Sindhudesh Revolutionary Army (SRA), Sodho Sindhi, said in a statement that with the creation of this unnatural country and prison for oppressed nations called Pakistan, more than 1.2 million of our blood relatives, true sons of Sindh born from the soil of Sindh — were separated from us only because they were Hindus. This happened due to wrong religious interpretations and prejudice. They still feel the pain, grief and wounds of being separated from their homeland. National activists and true sons of Sindh, followers of Saeen G.M. Syed’s thoughts, still share the same pain for their Sindhi Hindu brothers.
He said that in the last 78 years since Pakistan’s creation, every single day has passed with the shedding of blood of oppressed nations, especially Sindhis and Baloch, with looting of their economy and natural resources and with conspiracies to destroy their identity, culture and beautiful languages. In these 78 years of Pakistan’s forced rule, Sindh’s dignity and prosperity were taken away, pushing us into poverty, hunger and misery. Sindhi mothers and sisters were made victims under so-called aid programs worth a few thousand rupees, which in reality carried out systematic sexual violence and this violation of Sindhi honor continues till today.
He added that during all this time, the Pakistani state, its hired killer army, its agents and all corrupt rulers especially the Pakistan People’s Party and those who accepted Pakistan’s existence in any form or tried to protect it, are responsible for the plunder, genocide, killings and humiliation of Sindhis in Sindh. For 78 years, the blood of thousands of Sindhis has been on record against this brutal army. It is impossible to settle this account without an organized guerrilla war against the Pakistani army.
Calling 14 August a black day and the worst day of slavery for Sindh and addressing the youth of Sindh and India, Sodho Sindhi said: “No revolutionary struggle is civilized; only its results are.” Therefore, to end this worst and most shameful Pakistani occupation in Sindh’s 5,000-year history and to make Sindhudesh free and prosperous, the Sindhudesh Revolutionary Army invites all Sindhi youth, boys and girls, without any discrimination of gender, race, or religion, to become active members of the SRA. Equip the hands and minds of today’s youth with the thought, spirit and modern weapons of national freedom and give Pakistan and its army a historic defeat — the kind Saeen G.M. Syed dreamed of when he said: “I await such a victory that will wash away the marks of centuries of defeats.”
