Mashkay: Four Attacks on Pakistani Forces Reported, Casualties and Losses Confirmed

Mashkay, Awaran June 23: Multiple attacks were carried out against Pakistani security forces in the Mashkay region of Awaran, Balochistan, resulting in confirmed casualties and financial losses, according to local sources.

On the evening of June 21, at around 7:00 PM, armed assailants launched simultaneous attacks on two separate security checkpoints located in the areas of Ogar and Tank in Mashkay. The gunfire reportedly continued for approximately thirty minutes.

In another incident near the Ogar camp, security personnel patrolling agricultural fields came under attack. Local sources state that the attackers targeted the forces from close range, resulting in both human and material losses.

Additionally, on the evening of June 22, armed men attacked a Ufone mobile tower in the Mesky area. The tower’s solar panels and other technical equipment were set on fire, leading to the complete destruction of the installation.

The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has reportedly claimed responsibility for these attacks on Pakistani forces in the region, although no formal statement from the group had been released at the time of reporting.
