Balochistan: Two individuals were killed in separate firing incidents in Kalat and Gwadar districts on Sunday, while the body of an unidentified person was also recovered in Pishkan.
According to details, Basheer Zaib, son of Abdullah Langove and a resident of Yousafzai village in Mangochar Tehsil, Kalat, was on his way to duty at the Levies Training Center in Khuzdar when unidentified armed assailants opened fire on him in the Baghbana area. He died on the spot. The deceased was serving as a Class IV employee at the training center.
In a separate incident, Sharif Syed, an elderly man originally from Buleda, Kech, was shot and killed in Jiwani Tehsil, Gwadar district.
Meanwhile, in the same region, local authorities recovered the body of an unidentified person from Pishkan. The body has been shifted to a hospital for medico-legal procedures.
The motives behind these incidents remain unknown, and investigations are currently underway.
