Abu Dhabi: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced that it will not allow its airspace, land, or territorial waters to be used for any military action against Iran.

In a statement issued on Monday, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the country remains committed to the principle that its territory will not be used for any form of military operation against Iran, nor will it provide logistical support for such actions.

The statement emphasized that the UAE supports dialogue, de-escalation, respect for international law, and the protection of national sovereignty. It added that the country believes all disputes should be resolved through diplomatic means.

The announcement comes at a time of rising tensions between the United States and Iran, with U.S. President Donald Trump having recently made several statements hinting at possible military action against Tehran.
