Quetta: Reports have emerged that two young girls were forcibly disappeared by armed men in a black SUV(Vehicle) during a Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) protest on Qambrani Road Quetta.
According to eyewitnesses, the armed individuals were in plain clothes, raising concerns about the increasing involvement of state-backed operatives in such abductions. Over the past few days, government personnel ( State Backed Death Squads) and their informants have been actively patrolling Shaal in civilian clothing and harassing the peaceful protesters .
The abducted girls, identified as Muzlifa and Ajoei, were taken while returning from their academy. Plainclothes individuals reportedly intercepted them and forcefully detained them.
This incident is part of a broader pattern of harassment and intimidation aimed at silencing protesters and deterring peaceful resistance. Activists have condemned these enforced disappearances, calling for immediate action to ensure the safe return of the missing girls and an end to the repression of political dissent.
