QUETTA, BALOCHISTAN: The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) claims to have launched a major attack on the city of Naal on Monday, June 8, 2026, and asserts that it has taken complete control of the city.
According to the BLF, fighters seized control of the city’s police station along with all major government buildings and installations. During the operation, the BLF targeted and set ablaze a factory of looting Balochistan’s resources and minerals. The group says this factory operated under the patronage of the occupying state and served as a means to exploit Baloch national resources. The BLF fighters claim to have destroyed and burned the factory to ashes.
Following the takeover of the city, intense clashes between BLF fighters and advancing Pakistani occupying forces continue at various locations. The BLF states that the enemy forces have suffered severe humiliation and, due to a strong siege by the fighters, are facing retreat. All entry and exit routes to Naal city remain under the control of BLF sarmachars, who are said to be firmly maintaining their positions.
Major Gwahram Baloch, spokesperson for the Balochistan Liberation Front, announced that a detailed report outlining enemy casualties, material losses, and full details of the operation will be officially released to the media shortly.
