QUETTA, BALOCHISTAN: The Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP) has announced a peaceful protest demonstration outside the Quetta Press Club at 3:00 PM, continuing its tradition of holding demonstrations on every Eid against enforced disappearances in Balochistan.
In a video message, VBMP Central Member Niaz Baloch appealed to all political parties, student organizations and individuals from all walks of life to ensure their participation in the protest and stand in solidarity with the families of missing persons.
The organization urged participants to raise their voices for the families of the disappeared and to support what it describes as an ongoing peaceful struggle for human rights.
The VBMP has been holding regular protests outside the Quetta Press Club for several years, demanding the recovery of individuals it says have been subjected to enforced disappearances in Balochistan.
