Baloch Republican Guards (BRG) Claims Responsibility for Roadblock in Quetta, Attacks on Mineral Transport Vehicles and Gas Pipeline in Kandhkot

According to the Spokesperson of Baloch Republican Guards Dostein Baloch, its fighters staged a roadblock last night on the main Lakpass highway near Mastung, close to Quetta, where they stopped and searched vehicles for several hours. During the blockade, the fighters opened fire on vehicles transporting minerals, causing heavy damage.

In another operation the same night, BRG fighters blew up a 36-inch-diameter gas pipeline running from Sui to Punjab by planting explosive material near Kandhkot Malheer, destroying the pipeline.

The BRG has claimed responsibility for both attacks, declaring that such operations will continue until the “freedom of Balochistan” is achieved.
