The wave of enforced disappearances in Balochistan remains unrelenting, as a youth from Mastung has been forcibly disappeared, while another previously disappeared youth from Panjgor has been released. Meanwhile, two students were disappeared by Pakistani intelligence agencies in Quetta.
According to reports, Suleman, son of Ghulam Mustafa, a resident of Khusheen Khair, Mastung, was forcibly disappeared two days ago by Pakistani forces while returning from Mangocher to Mastung. His family stated that he is a farmer who had gone to meet a friend in Mangocher but was disappeared on his way back.
Meanwhile, in Panjgoor, Aqil Jalil, a resident of Washbod, who was forcibly disappeared by Pakistani forces last week, has now been released. His family had staged a protest sit-in just a day before his release, demanding his safe return.

In another incident, two students were disappeared in Quetta late at night. According to reports, around 1 AM, Pakistani intelligence operatives picked up Fahim Ahmed, son of Saeed Ahmed and Khadim Ali, son of Ali Ahmed, both were FSC students, from Board Office, Jinnah Town and forcibly disappeared them.
The rise in enforced disappearances across Balochistan by Pakistani security forces and intelligence continues to fuel widespread concern and protests, as families and human rights activists demand justice and the safe release of the disappeared persons.
