Baloch Liberation Army’s Spokesperson Jeeyand Baloch claimed responsibility for the today suicide attack in Railway station Quetta and said that “Today at 8:20 in the morning in Quetta, the Majeed Brigade, Fidayeen (Self-Sacrificing) unit of the Baloch Liberation Army, carried out fidayeen attack targeting a group of non-commissioned officers of the Pakistan Army who were prepared to depart from the Quetta railway station near Zarghoon Road. Responding to the ongoing occupation of the land of Balochistan by the occupying forces of Pakistan, brutality, and oppression inflicted on innocent Baloch children in Mastung, the BLA’s Majeed Brigade brave Fidayee Martyr Sangat Muhammad Rafiq Bizenjo alias Washen targeted a contingent of enemy non-commissioned officers.
The attack was carried out as these army personnel were returning to their homes on the Jaffar Express after completing their training at The School of Infantry and Tactics, Quetta. At least 31 army personnel were eliminated, and more than 60 were injured in this successful operation.
He added “The enemy army personnel targeted in the BLA Majeed Brigade’s Fidayeen attack belonged to the Pakistan Army’s Punjab Regiment, Northern Light Infantry Regiment, Sindh Regiment, Frontier Force Regiment, Baloch Regiment and Azad Kashmir Regiment, who were returning after receiving training from the Quetta Infantry School.
This achievement was made possible by the highly professional strategy and unsurpassed intelligence capabilities of our organization’s intelligence wing, “ZIRAB” (Zephyr Intelligence Research and Analysis Bureau). ZIRAB kept a close eye on every movement of the enemy and collected information using internal and external sources.
This operation had been planned for several days, and our intelligence monitored the enemy’s movements from every angle. We had an opportunity to attack this convoy on November 8th as well, but due to the presence of a large number of civilians, we postponed this operation to ensure the safety of innocent lives.
Tomorrow, on November 10th, another contingent was ready to depart; however, according to ZIRAB’s information, the number of army personnel departing tomorrow is around fifty. Today’s occasion was opportune in that the number of army personnel was more than 200 and the risk of civilian casualties was minimal. ZIRAB’s successful planning and our organization’s powerful military and intelligence strategy have confirmed that the liberation movements of Balochistan have gained an edge not only on the defense front but also in the world of intelligence.
We are willing to pay any price for the liberation of our motherland, and we will not hesitate to make any sacrifice to protect our people.
He claimed “This successful attack by the Baloch Liberation Army on the enemy army was carried out by the Majeed Brigade, the elite fidayeen unit of the organization, with the help of “ZIRAB.” Martyr Sangat Fidayee Muhammad Rafiq Bizenjo alias Washen, alias Faheem, son of Murad Ali Bizenjo, from Hub Chowki, carried out the fidayeen attack. Fidayee Rafiq Bizenjo was playing a political and military role in the liberation struggle of Balochistan for the past decade. He started politics in the year 2013 with the Baloch Students Organization, where, after seeing the martyrdoms and enforced disappearances of his unarmed and peaceful political comrades at the hands of the Pakistani army, he came to the conclusion that peaceful, democratic, and non-violent politics in Balochistan is no longer feasible—all roads had been blocked. So, he took the path of armed struggle from the BLA front in 2017.
He started his struggle as an urban guerrilla and later moved to the mountain front. Fidayee Rafiq Bizenjo chose the path of becoming a Fidayee (Self-Sacrificer) by volunteering his services to the Majeed Brigade in 2023. After undergoing rigorous training for more than a year, on November 9, 2024, he accomplished his mission with great success, sacrificing himself for the nation and becoming immortal in history.
Martyr Fidayee Sangat Rafiq Bizenjo’s courage, patriotism, and ability to sacrifice himself for the freedom of the nation proved that the sons of the Baloch nation are ready to go to any extent for the sanctity of their motherland.
The martyr’s sacrifice has sent a message to the enemy that no obstacle is too big in the way of Balochistan’s liberation. Fidayee Rafiq Bizenjo’s unparalleled bravery and unwavering determination not only inflicted heavy losses on the enemy but also gave new vigor and zest to our movement.
This great sacrifice of his will always be remembered and will be a great example of bravery for generations to come.We warn Pakistani army and authorities in clear terms that if the military aggression on the land of Balochistan is not stopped, if the army does not withdraw from occupying our motherland, and if the massacre of innocent Baloch people continues, then future attacks will be more severe and widespread, with an intensity felt as far as the main cities of Pakistan.
To avoid further bloodshed and to bring stability to Balochistan, the Pakistani army should immediately withdraw its forces and recognize the sovereignty and independence of Balochistan. We can live as two peaceful neighbors; our movement desires peace, but if it is necessary to respond to cruelty, we will not back down. Every individual of the Baloch nation is determined to fight for their rights and liberation, and today’s operation is a clear message that our spirit of liberation will not yield to any oppressive force.Ultimately, the Baloch Liberation Army calls on the international community to try to understand the history, philosophy, and political priorities of the Baloch National Liberation Movement and to support us in this legal and defensive struggle of the Baloch people.
The Pakistani government and army must remember that the Baloch people’s desire for liberation is invincible, and with each passing day, our goal draws closer.
