SIBI, BALOCHISTAN: Unidentified Armed individuals blew up two main electricity pylons in Balochistan’s Sibi district using explosive material.
According to local residents, the explosions were so intense that they were heard from a considerable distance, and power supply to several areas was suspended in their aftermath.
It is worth noting that armed groups active in Balochistan frequently target power installations along with other infrastructure. Most of the attacks were claimed by Baloch armed groups. However, no armed group has so far claimed responsibility for today’s blast in Sibi.
