Awaran: Bodies of Two Disappeared Persons Recovered, Ten Bodies Found in Balochistan in Six Days

The bodies of two men previously subjected to enforced disappearance were recovered from the Brait area of Awaran, Balochistan. Local sources identified the deceased as Ayaz Baloch, son of Dost Mohammad and Zarif Ahmed, son of Mestri Faqir Mohammad.

According to sources, both individuals had been taken into custody by Pakistani forces at different times and subsequently went missing. Their bodies were later found dumped in the area.

Ayaz Baloch was reportedly a resident of Sundem village in Kolwah, Gishkor. Sources said he had been detained on 16 October 2025, along with another youth named Imdad Baloch, after which both were reported missing.

Meanwhile, Zarif Ahmed belonged to Malar Siyah Kal area of Kolwah. According to local accounts, Pakistani forces detained him from his home on 28 September, along with Adam Hussain, son of Abdullah. Adam Hussain was later released, while Zarif remained missing.

The bodies of both missing persons were recovered from Brait, Awaran, Yesterday.

Furthermore, in the past six days, the bodies of at least ten forcibly disappeared persons have been recovered from various areas of Balochistan. Sources claim that most of them were disappeared by Pakistani forces, and that these individuals were subjected to extrajudicial killings, with their bodies later dumped.
