The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed responsibility for executing Zahid, son of Wahid Bakhsh, a resident of Nagi, Kulanch, whom they identified as a state informant and national criminal.
In a media statement issued by BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch, it was revealed that BLF fighters detained Zahid on April 27, 2025. Following a thorough investigation into various allegations against him, Zahid was found guilty beyond any doubt and was executed on April 30, 2025.
The spokesperson stated that Zahid had previously been a member of the organization but surrendered to the occupying Pakistani forces in 2015. Since then, he had allegedly taken part in multiple military operations and played a key role in helping the enemy locate BLF hideouts.
The BLF appealed to conscious Baloch parents to intervene if they suspect any family member of being involved in espionage or anti-Baloch activities. They urged families to first try to stop such individuals themselves, and if unsuccessful, report them to the organization to prevent national harm.
The spokesperson emphasized that while family bonds are important, national interest and the struggle for freedom take precedence over all relationships. He accused the Pakistani military of recruiting innocent Baloch individuals under the guise of privileges and turning them into tools against their own people. However, he expressed hope that the Baloch nation would understand and resist these hostile policies of the occupying forces.
