Kharan (Monitoring Desk): The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for the elimination of top Pakistani state informer Nadir Yalanzai in Kharan. In a statement released to the media, BLA spokesperson Azad Baloch confirmed that on February 1, BLA fighters targeted Yalanzai on Tehsil Road in Kharan . He was critically injured in the attack and succumbed to his injuries a few days later.

Following the attack, BLA launched a comprehensive investigative operation in Kharan, successfully tracing the entire network of informants linked to Nadir Yalanzai. The BLA has stated that every operative involved in this network has been identified and will soon face a similar fate.

The statement further alleged that Nadir Yalanzai was a key operative of the Pakistani army and intelligence agencies, actively involved in military raids, looting and violence against unarmed Baloch civilians, including women and the elderly. He was also accused of orchestrating enforced disappearances of dozens of Baloch youths, causing immense suffering to their families.
